Payment

Kappa Retail Ltd can only supply goods that are ordered through the pompeymegastore.com website. All payments including all shipping, handling and packing fees must be made by either credit or debit card. Pompeymegastore.com cannot accept any other form of payment such as cheques, postal orders or cash.

Delivery Times

All UK orders for items held in stock are usually dispatched the next working day. We dispatch all our orders by either Royal Mail or via our DHL depending on weight. European and International orders are shipped by DHL and should take no more than 7-10 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond pompeymegastore.com control which cause delay and pompeymegastore.com cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, our nominated Couriers, Customs etc.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a Saturday delivery. In some circumstances our carriers will deliver on a Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service.

Prices

Prices are as stated on the website (in GBP Sterling) and are subject to change without any prior notice. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Occasionally errors may arise where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond Pompeymegastore.com's control. If this circumstance should arise, you will be informed of the correct price of the item when we receive your order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order should you not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price.

For overseas customers in Europe and the rest of the world the VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Any import duty, customs and local taxes incurred will be paid for by the customer in full. Kappa Retail Ltd will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package, Kappa Retail Ltd will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and local taxes.

Availability

Although Kappa Retail Ltd strives to make sure everything displayed on the website is in stock and available to purchase, occasionally items may have sold out. If any part of an order is unavailable the customer will be notified by telephone, text or email of any alternatives and or missing items. Cards will only ever be debited for the goods that we send out.

Kappa Retail Ltd reserves the right to conduct stock checks whenever it desires without any prior warning. When this happens the site will still be able to receive orders, but until our stock check is complete no goods will be sent out. Upon completion all orders will be processed and dispatched.

Colours

Kappa Retail Ltd does its best to accurately represent the colours in the photography. However, Kappa Retail Ltd has no control over its customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) so we cannot guarantee the colours will be exactly as they appear on the website. Also, some of the products have a 'vintage' or 'distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production. We will happily refund or exchange an item within the specified period as set out in returns and exchanges section, but will not constitute the above as falling into the faulty or wrong items section.
