Delivery Information

Due to the Easter Holidays any orders placed after noon on Thursday 5th April will not be processed until Tuesday 10th April (this includes collect orders).

All UK orders for items held in stock placed before noon are dispatched at latest the next working day. For standard UK delivery we dispatch all our orders by Recorded First Class Royal Mail.

European and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International and usually take between 7-10 working days. However, there may be circumstances beyond Kappa Retail's control which cause delay and pompeymegastore.com cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, Customs, or other Couriers.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery. In some circumstances Royal Mail will deliver these items on the Saturday, but this remains at the control of the postal service.

Delivery Charges

When you place an order with us, you have a number of delivery options available:

  • UK Mainland Standard delivery: £5.00 - please allow 3-5 days for delivery
  • UK Mainland Express delivery: £7.50 - despatched on a next-day Royal Mail service
  • Northern / Republic Of Ireland delivery by DHL: £5.00
  • Highlands & Islands delivery: £5.00
  • Europe* delivery: £10.00 single items, £15.00 two or more items
  • Rest of the World delivery: £15.00 single items, £20.00 two or more items

* Countries that qualify for Europe delivery are as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Is my package insured?

Not as standard but this can be arranged as an optional extra and at an additional cost to you. Please contact us at info@pompeymegastore.com before placing your order.

Will there be any additional Duties / Taxes payable on my order?

For customers outside the European Union, the VAT will be deducted accordingly at the checkout. Customers outside the European Union who are liable for any import duty, customs and local taxes will be required to pay them in full. Kappa Retail Ltd will always mark orders for overseas true to the content and price of what is in the package, and we will not falsify or provide misleading information in order for the customer to avoid paying any import duty, customs and/or local taxes.
